Bijouterie VERHELLE is a company belonging to a natural person.

Lyndia Man is a registered trademark of jewellery creations belonging to Bijouterie VERHELLE.

Article 1- Fields of application:

The present conditions of sale apply to all the sales concluded by the means of the Internet site only towards the private customers. 

The Buyer will be called the Customer.

Article 2- Prices:

The prices indicated in euros are deemed to be net, excluding shipping costs. 

Those expressed in currencies other than the euro are given for information purposes only.

 They may be modified at any time, without prior notice, bearing in mind that the articles will be invoiced on the basis in force when the order is registered. 

All orders are invoiced in Euros and payable in Euros. 

For all deliveries outside of Metropolitan France, any customs fees or local taxes remain the responsibility of the Customer.

Article 3- Delivery costs:

Shipping costs include a contribution to packaging costs. They are fixed according to the geographical area, the shipping method and the amount of the order. 

Under certain conditions you can obtain free shipping:

Free of charge for orders over 100€.

Otherwise the flat rate is 8€.

Shipping costs do not apply if the mention "collect in shop" is ticked.

Article 4 - Ordering and delivery time:

The customer can order on the internet or during the opening hours of the shop.

All our articles will be sent to you within 10 working days (departure); except in the case of an article personalized or put to size especially. In this case, an approximate delivery time will be sent to you by email.

Article 5- Payment:

You can pay by different types of payment:

By credit card in 1, or multiple times without charge. (*facilities of payment with ALMA)

VISA and EUROCARD MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS bank cards whose account is domiciled in metropolitan France (including Corsica) and in the DOM.

When you pay by credit card, you can choose to pay in cash. In this case, the payment is made at the time of the order.

All items appearing on the website are normally stored in our warehouse.

In the event that we or our manufacturer is out of stock, we will inform you by e-mail of a possible delay. In this case you can be refunded if you wish.

*Facilities of payment with ALMA :

The Seller offers its Customers Alma's credit service for the settlement of their purchases and the execution of payment. This is conditional upon the Customer's acceptance of the GCU or of the credit contract proposed by Alma.

Any refusal by Alma to grant credit for an order may result in the cancellation of the order.

Any cancellation of the GCS binding the Customer and the Seller entails the cancellation of the GCS or of the credit contract between Alma and the Customer.

Payment in two / three / four instalments is available via our partner Alma. Payment security is ensured by Alma and its service providers. All payments are protected by 3D Secure.

Purchase amount: Only purchases between €50 and €4000 are eligible for payment with Alma.

Fees: By paying in several instalments with Alma, the Customer does not pay any fees. 

Termination: Any termination of the GTC binding the Seller and the Customer will result in the termination of the GCU between Alma and the Customer.

Article 6- Availability:

The ordered article, according to its nature, is delivered by post or by private carrier, according to the initiative of the Seller, to the address of the order form only. 

All orders must be delivered within a maximum of twenty days.

The receipt of the post office or the carrier is proof of this. 

However, this period is only indicative, as the Seller cannot be held responsible for a possible delay in delivery in the event of a force majeure such as a transport or fuel strike, etc; 

delay or cancellation of train, plane, by bad weather, natural phenomenon, attack, etc.

In the case of an undelivered parcel, reported lost or damaged by the COLISSIMO service, the customer will be reimbursed the total amount of the order.

Article 7- Delivery:

All items sold are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, the extent and duration of which vary according to the items and brands. 

The manufacturer's warranty does not cover :

  • Damage due to the intervention of a non-approved repairer.

  • Damage due to an external cause to the product (shock, fall, various accidents, immersion, ...).

  • Damage due to abnormal or non-conforming use of the article (abnormal wear or ageing, etc.).

  • Carefully consult the instructions for use that may be supplied with the article.

Article 8 - Warranty/SAV:

For any problem out of warranty (the warranty is the responsibility of the manufacturer), we can take care of the repair of the article, the change of battery or other; the carriage costs remaining with the Customer. 

These interventions will be carried out in our workshop or in workshops approved by the brands.

An estimate will be made for any intervention over 100€. The acceptance of the estimate will be done by return of e-mail.


The "strap fitting" option entails an additional cost corresponding to the cost of returning your watch: this amounts to 18€.

Please note that for steel bracelets, do not forget to indicate your wrist size.

We will inform you of the good reception of your watch, we will put on your bracelet and we will send you back the watch under declared value. This shipment is specially designed for valuable objects and can be collected directly from the post office. You will be able to follow the delivery with the tracking number given to you at the time of the call.

Article 9- Right of withdrawal/refund/return:

According to the provisions of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of thirty (30) clear days from receipt of the items to exercise his right of withdrawal without justification. 

The return costs, set at €4.90 in metropolitan France, are charged to the Customer. This sum will be deducted from the total refund for the returned items. Returns are accepted provided that the item is still in its original, undamaged and clean packaging. This right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised items (engraving, sizing, bracelets) or items made especially for the Customer.

Article 10- VAT:

The refund will be made either by cheque or by crediting the credit card.

All invoices for France and the EEC include VAT, country of departure.

Article 11- Tax free:

At present, the tax-free discount is not effective online. The tax exemption is carried out in shop; at a maximum rate of -16,39%.

Article 12- Customer acceptance / validation:

The present general conditions of sale as well as the price lists are expressly agreed and accepted by the customer, who declares and acknowledges having a perfect knowledge of them, and thus renounces to take advantage of any contradictory document. 

The validation of your order therefore implies acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 13- Settlement of disputes:

In the event of a dispute, the Customer shall first contact the Seller in order to agree on an amicable solution. 

Otherwise, the court of LILLE shall have sole jurisdiction.

Article 14- Applicable law:

The present contract is subject to French law, and in particular to the Consumer Code, as well as to the French law on information technology and civil liberties.

Article 15- Discounts & Options:

In the case of a promotion on a product with options, the promotion applies only to the price of the product without options. If several products with options are present in the basket, the discount will be applied to the sum of the prices of the products without options.
